⚠️ URGENT FRAUD ALERT – PHISHING EMAILS ⚠️
It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails are being sent out claiming to be from Aitken Attorneys. These emails state that there is a court order attached and may include a suspicious attachment or link.
Please note:
• These emails are not from us and do not originate from our domain.
• We will never send unsolicited emails with attachments relating to court orders or other legal matters without prior contact.
• Opening the attachment or clicking on any links may compromise your security.
If you receive such an email:
1. Do not open any attachments or click on any links.
2. Do not reply to the email.
3. Delete it immediately.
4. If you have opened it, run a full antivirus scan and contact your IT support.
We are actively investigating this matter and have reported it to the relevant authorities. Your online safety is our priority.

ABOUT US – Our team is led by Kristen Aitken, who obtained her LLB degree at the University of Witwatersrand. After completing her studies, she completed her articles at a Commercial and Debt Collection firm in Johannesburg, where after she joined a firm in Johannesburg specialising in Commercial Law.
